This is the livestream of our Sunday morning worship service from 05/17/2026. In this sermon, we are in Esther chapter 7, where we see the culmination of Haman’s downfall. His schemes come unraveled, and he is exposed for the villain he is. Scripture repeatedly warns that the plans of the wicked will be thwarted, that God will reverse the situation so that the traps of the wicked are sprung on themselves rather than on God’s people. The Bible also makes clear that evil schemes and hidden sin will be exposed and judged (if not in this world, then certainly in the world to come). Better to confess and repent of your sin, and so to be forgiven, than to be exposed, judged, and condemned. In the end, in the final judgment, the wicked will not prosper.
