In this sermon, we are in Hebrews 10:1-18, where the author of Hebrews is finishing up his lengthy argument about the Lord Jesus Christ's superior priesthood and superior sacrifice. Whereas the old covenant sacrifices could never bring a full and final atonement for sin, the Lord Jesus’ does. Christ’s sacrifice is totally sufficient to take away sins, to sanctify us once for all, to perfect us for all time, and to forgive us completely.
