Ministering in Reliance in the Midst of Rejection & Repentance

This is the Livestream from our Worship Service on 11/19/2023. In our passage today we see the Lord Jesus going to His hometown of Nazareth and experiencing rejection there. Then, He sends His disciples out on a short-term mission trip, where they too might encounter rejection. Even in the face of the rejection Christ Himself experienced in His hometown, and even in the face of the rejection which He predicted His disciples would face, the Lord Jesus and His people are called to mission—to proclaim the gospel and advance the kingdom of God.
