(John 2:12-25) Spiritual Zeal and True Faith

This is the livestream of our Sunday morning worship service from 8/30/2026. In this sermon, we are in John 2:12-25, where the Lord Jesus clears the temple of animals, vendors, and money-changers. This was a graphic statement of the low and superficial state of the religion of the Jews at that time, and the Lord Jesus points to Himself as the answer. He is the true Temple, and through His death and resurrection, His people can truly worship God, in an ongoing relationship with Him. The Lord Jesus knows what is in each person, and knows the difference between a spurious faith and a real, true faith in Him. He will not entrust Himself to those who are false.
